LOCATION SELECT AND LEASE NEGOTIATION
City Sweats assists franchisees in finding the perfect community placement with favorable lease terms. We prioritize abundant community resources and help establish long-term relationships with landlords to ensure success. We understand that location is crucial for success, which is why we have developed a process that allows new franchisees to confidently select their location and negotiate their lease.
FRANCHISE TRAINING
Every new franchisee attends in-person training at our Seattle locations. This immersive experience allows them to fully understand and experience the City Sweats brand firsthand. During the training, our expert team will be available to answer any questions and provide live support. Additionally, our City Sweats team members will be present at all grand opening events for each new franchise, offering additional support and generating media attention. To ensure success, each new franchisee and their team will receive tailored sales and operational training.
MARKETING & PUBLIC OUTREACH
City Sweats is committed to providing ongoing support in all areas of marketing and public relations for each new franchise location. Our dedicated team will assist with various aspects, including digital advertising, content creation, social media ambassador selection and engagement, email marketing, public relations, and website optimization. We make sure to leverage every available channel to maximize community exposure for each franchise.
At City Sweats, we understand the importance of staying ahead and adapting to changing sales dynamics. That's why we provide continuous and tailored sales training to our franchisees, starting from the pre-opening phase and extending beyond. We collaborate with partners to ensure that sales goals and metrics are achieved, community needs are aligned with the services offered, and franchise owners have the chance to expand their businesses. Regular reviews of analytics, sales data, and client interactions are conducted to optimize revenue opportunities for all franchisees.
