Sauna Wrap: We recommend a cozy and light long-sleeve shirt, long pants, and socks or anything you don’t mind sweating in. We also have spare clothes here if you forget to bring your own.

Lymphatic Drainage: Although you will not sweat in our lymphatic treatment, we do recommend a cozy/light long-sleeve shirt, long pants, and socks for optimal comfort.

Massage and facial treatments: We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for facials and cavitation sessions.

How long are the Sauna, Biomat, Sauna Wrap & Lymphatic Drainage appointments?

The treatments run 45 minutes long and your room is reserved for 60 minutes to ensure comfortable time in and out of your service. We highly recommend a 15-minute post-sweat chill time in our wellness lounge. We offer complimentary orange slices and chilled caffeine-free tea after your service to help you recover like a detox pro!

What should I eat before my service?

We recommend a light, healthy and hydrating meal before and after your sweat. Think fresh salads, a smoothie, or a light buddha bowl.

Is there anything I need to do after my sweat?

As long as you stay hydrated, you can go about your daily business after a sweat. However, to fully enjoy your post-sweat glow, we recommend taking it fairly easy for an hour or so.

Can I sweat with someone?

If you’re going into a cabin, yes! Friends that sweat together, stay together! We can fit up 2-4 guests in our sauna cabins. Make sure to choose the “Sweat with a Friend” option when booking your appointment to receive a $5 discount per person sweating! ($45 per person)

What do I do in the sauna?

In the saunas you can meditate, daydream, listen to music on the cabin Bluetooth, or check out one of our free iPads to watch your favorite show while you sweat! In our wraps, you are able to enjoy Netflix with noise-canceling headphones.

Can my child sweat?

Children age 6-15 MAY sweat ONLY with a parent or guardian. Doctor’s note required stating they do not have heart issues, respiratory issues, or blood pressure issues. Children with a fever may NOT sweat.

Children may only sweat 20 minutes at MAX. There must be a timer set for 25 minutes and when the spa attendant hears it go off, the parent must have the child sit on the bench and wait while they complete their sweat.

The parent must also agree to keep the child ON THE BENCH INSIDE THE SAUNA. This is to avoid them coming in contact with the heaters.

Parents or guardians must read and sign the full sauna intake form and covid waiver for both themselves and their child, and acknowledge the child section of the waiver.

It is crucial to point out that the child may not sweat without a Doctor’s note ensuring their health and safety.

I had a lot to drink last night, can I come sweat?

If you have been intoxicated within 24 hours of your scheduled sauna session we will have to reschedule your appointment. It can be dangerous to your health to be in an infrared sauna if you have been drinking heavily so close to your session. The body goes through an intense detoxification process during our sauna treatments and will do whatever it can to rebalance itself and return to a place of homeostasis. Alcohol in excess is a toxin in the body and when combined with dehydration, can be very unpleasant. Please refrain from alcohol use before your appointment.

What if I’m being treated for cancer?

We have had many cancer patients find sweating beneficial but please consult your doctor prior to your service to make sure infrared saunas are right for you.

What does the lymphatic drainage feel like? Think of the lymphatic drainage as a gentle but firm hug around your body. With multiple body pieces, it is wrapped snuggly around the body and inflates and deflates with air at a soothing pace. And no worries, it has different levels of inflation to ensure the most comfortable service for your preferences!

What can I do during my lymphatic drainage? Ease into relaxation with noise-canceling headphones while you watch your favorite Netflix show or close your eyes and drift off for 45 minutes of peaceful relaxation.

Massages and Facials

What to expect? Our service providers are the best of the best. You will receive a consultation before your service begins to find out your preferences, any sensitivities and ensure you are receiving a customized and relaxing experience.

How long will it take? Service length depends on the service booked, but we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early and stay after to enjoy our relax room for complimentary tea and oranges afterward.

Cavitation

Does it hurt? No! Cavitation is a completely non-invasive and painless fat melting procedure. Although some clients experience bruising for the sucking of the machine, pain is not a factor in the experience.

Do the results last forever? They can, depending on the client’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Cavitation isn’t a one-and-done type of service. Pairing the fat melting system with a healthy diet and exercise ensures that new fat cells won’t replace the ones that have been destroyed.

How does it even work? Ultrasonic cavitation tones the body using radio frequencies and low-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves form bubbles around fat deposits under the skin. The bubbles then burst, breaking the fat deposits into the interstitial and the lymphatic systems where they are drained.
